One request. One coordinated trip.

You send the trip once. We work it through every stage.

Instead of calling the airport, the handler, the fuel supplier and the authorities separately, you deal with one desk. Each stage is confirmed back to you with the contact, the reference and the time.

You know exactly where the trip stands before you walk to the aircraft, and the desk stays on it after departure.

Pilots and operators without a full-time operations department.

High-performance pistons, turboprops and light to midsize jets, flown privately, for a company, or on a ferry leg across borders.

Owner-pilots

You fly your own aircraft and want the ground side handled before you arrive.

Business aviation crews

Professional crews who need a dispatch desk without building one.

Small flight departments

One or two aircraft, international legs, no spare hands for permits and slots.

Ferry and positioning pilots

Unfamiliar airports, fuel stops and borders, planned by someone who has done it.

We do not support scheduled airline or large commercial passenger operations.
The desk

Two flight operations professionals. One desk in Vilnius.

RAmber Ops is run by two flight operations professionals based in Vilnius, one from air traffic control, one from airline flight dispatch and GA piloting, bringing a level of operational depth to GA trip support that is rare to find.

Where we operate

Europe as home ground. The Atlantic and the US as regular work.

We coordinate through airports, FBOs, handlers, fuel suppliers and other aviation partners. We do not own the ramp; we make sure the right people on it are expecting you.

EUR

Europe

IFPS routing and EUROCONTROL filing, PPR and slot airports, Schengen and non-Schengen borders, seasonal de-icing.

NAT

North Atlantic

Crossing planning for turboprops and light jets: fuel stops, permits, handling and customs at both ends, weather windows.

USA

United States

FBO handling, fuel, customs arrival arrangements and domestic positioning, coordinated through partner FBOs and handlers.

How a request works

Three exchanges, then you fly.

01

You send the trip

Aircraft, legs, dates and anything already fixed. Through the trip form, by email or by phone.

02

We confirm the scope

What the route and airports require, what we will arrange, and what we need from you to start.

03

Stages confirm, one by one

Handling, fuel, parking, permits, slots. Each with a contact and a reference. Then the briefing, then the desk stays on the flight.

Questions pilots ask

Before you send a trip

Items marked TBC are placeholders until the desk confirms them.

Which aircraft do you support?

Piston singles and twins, turboprops and light to midsize jets: Cirrus, TBM, Pilatus, King Air, Citation, Phenom, HondaJet and similar. Not scheduled airline operations.

How far ahead should I send a trip?

As soon as you have dates. Airports with PPR, slots or permits need lead time; short-notice requests are worked depending on desk availability. [Typical lead times: TBC]

What happens when the plan changes?

Tell the desk once. We re-coordinate handling, fuel, slots and the flight plan and confirm the new picture back to you.

How is the service charged?

[Pricing model TBC: per trip, per leg or per service] You see the scope and the cost before anything is arranged.

How we work

Four habits from the control room and the dispatch desk.

Confirm, do not assume

A stage is done when the other side has confirmed it, not when we have asked.

One contact

You talk to the desk. The desk talks to everyone else.

Written, with references

Every confirmation comes with the contact, the reference and the time, so it holds up on the ramp.

Early warning

If something is slipping, you hear it from us before it becomes your problem.

Contact

Reach the desk.

For a trip, the fastest route is the trip form. For anything else, call or write.
